Leveraging the powerful network capabilities (SIP, ISDN, ISUP and CAS) of OASIS Media Server (OMS), the modular IVR platform integrates seamlessly into both TDM & IP networks. OASIS is 100% VoiceXML 2.0 / 2.1 compliant and also supports TSL, which has been designed specifically for avalanche mass calling services.

Equipped with a rich bundle of media resources  including Voice, Conferencing, Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech, DTMF and a suite of voice codecs. OASIS IVR readily supports our customer’s diversified range of services. These include call centres for banks and utilities, Service Providers, Televoting & Premium Rate Services (1900 numbers), Toll-Free Calling Services (1800 numbers), Pre-paid Mobile, International Calling Cards and Automated Diallers for Mass Calling Services and live Video Monitoring.
