These cutting edge features include instant visibility to mobile expenses, audited billing information, call statistics and complete access to relevant reports such as Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis and Specific Transactions.
- Real Time Budgeting – OASIS Zenith supports effective cost and mobile usage control for C&G clients who can view their mobile fleet bills via cost centre, business unit, and department down to the individual employee. The platform provides real time access via the Web portal, to enable clients in managing the mobile budget at any time prior to month end. Historically mobile fleets are managed reactively (post billing), Zenith allows real time management during the billing cycle. Based on a client’s notification requirements, the platform can pro-actively alert clients on accounts when thresholds are exceeded and subsequently offer them with a choice of follow up actions.
- Dual Accounts Flexibility – Each C&G subscriber can be set-up with dual accounts (company and personal) tied to the same mobile number via the platform. In addition, with the capability to impose spending limits to company accounts, using either time based or dialled digits as the controlling parameters, Zenith supports split billing features that provides unparallel flexibility for organisations to manage staff’s mobile expenses.
